About the positionWe are now looking for a Group Manager Rehab for Västernorrland/Jämtland. Here, you will work together with 15 Area Managers, who are responsible for about 300 employees in Örnsköldsvik, Sollefteå, Hammarstrand, and Kramfors. You will have a clear internal network with colleagues to exchange experiences and develop common working methods together.
You will work closely with the Area Managers on both prehab and rehab, and you will be an important specialist support function in the district's rehabilitation work. The role includes leading complex rehabilitation cases, matching the right interventions to the right person, and contributing to a sustainable return to work. You will collaborate closely with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, occupational health services, and other relevant actors.
Even though you belong to a larger management team, you, along with three other Group Managers Rehab, are the district's expert resource in rehabilitation.
Placement can be in Örnsköldsvik, Sollefteå, or Kramfors, and you will report directly to the Operations Manager.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have:- Experience working with rehabilitation, job adaptation, and more complex individual cases from, for example, the HR side
- Experience with documentation related to rehabilitation processes
- Relevant university education, for example, in health and medical care, social work, nursing, or leadership
- Good digital competence and understanding of system support
- Driving license B
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
- Leadership experience
- Experience with assistive devices and adaptations for physical disabilities
- Experience collaborating with authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and the Employment Service as well as occupational health services
The role requires structure, collaboration, and a proactive attitude. The pace is sometimes high, and it is important that you are willing to take initiative and dare to act independently. A positive and solution-oriented approach is crucial – especially when you meet people in vulnerable situations.
